Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing us! We want to make your moving experience smooth. Below are policies related to our service: 1. Valuables Please notify in advance of items worth more than 2,000 euros. The transport of large musical instruments or goods that require special handling requires a separate agreement. 2. Preparation • Pack the goods in durable boxes and protect them properly. • Dismantling large furniture in advance speeds up the move and reduces damage. 3. Cancellations and changes • More than 48 h before: no payment. • 48–12 h before: 30% of the payment. • Less than 12 hours before: 50% of the payment. If the customer cannot be reached at the agreed time, the team will wait 15 minutes, after which we will charge the full price of the service. Report changes in time. 4. Schedule changes We do our best to meet the schedule, but delays (e.g. roadworks) may have an impact. We will notify you of delays immediately. If we are more than 2 hours late, you get a 10% discount. 5. Breaks • A 10-15 minute break every two hours. • In working days of more than 4 hours, employees have a 30–45 min meal break, which does not affect invoicing. 6. Insurance and liabilities Our insurance does not cover plants, cash, documents or normal wear and tear. Additional insurance can be discussed with the insurance company. 7.
